We are Mike & Jen Mendoza and we are the founders iMpower Nutrition Coaching with over 20 years combined experience inside the nutrition and fitness industry. We now parter with local studios to bring our signature program to health-minded folks all over the state in a way that benefits your students and you!

We believe it is our duty and obligation to stand up and protect our community from becoming victims of unethical, misguided and/or misinformed nutrition and fitness
